“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.” (Romans 8:18)
What a privilege to be studying Romans during these uncertain times! I pray that our hearts would be deeply encouraged as we gather together this week to worship and remember the God who is sovereign over creation, who hears our groanings, and who will one day make all things new!

Song 1: All Creatures Of Our God And King:
Song 2: Let Your Kingdom Come
Song 3: Is He Worthy?
I love how this song gives us an opportunity to remind each other through song how Worthy our God is. All creation is groaning, but a new creation is coming, and it’s because of the power and majesty of our Worthy Saviour. I found this beautiful “isolation version” of the song this week that I think would be great to sing along to, but it doesn’t have lyrics on the video, so if you are able, print out the lyrics or have them on your phone as you sing along:
Alternatively, here is a version with the lyrics:
A song to sing after the sermon: Grace Awaiting Me
“The Spirit makes us sure about what we will be in the future. But now we groan silently, while we wait for God to show that we are his children. This means that our bodies will also be set free. And this hope is what saves us. But if we already have what we hope for, there is no need to keep on hoping. However, we hope for something we have not yet seen, and we patiently wait for it.” (Romans 8:23-25)
