
Luke #66: Frustration and Powerlessness
Joseph, a good and upright man, a councilor who didn't condemn, was he obliged to bury the body of Jesus? The women in the passage, God prohibits them from grieving out of obedience to the commandment, waiting to grieve appropriately. We learn from Joseph and the women, that the waiting and suffering will not be in vain, and that the powerless wait validates the mundaneness of what we do.
