Year of Welcoming Newcomers (2014 Launch Sunday)

God is a welcoming God. In fact you might say he is more than that because saying he is welcoming sounds like he waits for people to come to him. He has come to us in Jesus to restore our relationship with him. We cannot claim the welcome of God in Jesus and not extend the same welcome to anyone.

We are to welcome people as God welcomed us in Jesus.
